Ingredients:
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 can mixed fruit (fruit cocktail) - drain
1 can pineapple - drain
1 can mandarin oranges
1 banana - sliced
1 cup walnut pieces
1/2 small container of Cool Whip
Easy peasy... drain all the fruits. Slice banana. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Num!
Note: This is best served as soon as it is made. This is not something I would not make before hand. After a day the juices left in the fruit will seep out and bananas will turn brown.

Fruit Pizza
Ingredients:
1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
4 cups assorted fresh fruit such as strawberries, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, etc (any fruit really)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place cookie dough on round baking stone, spread out in circle and cook 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
For topping, combine cream cheese and sugar and spread over cookie dough, then start placing on the fruit.
FYI It works better if you start from the outside edge and work your way inward, unlike what I did working from the center to the outside edge because then I had to overlap them from the wrong side...

Grape Salad
Ingredients:
4 lbs. of mix red and green grapes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. pecans (whole)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Mix all ingredients, except the grapes and pecans, in a large bowl with hand mixer. Mix until smooth and no longer lumpy.
In hand break whole pecans into small pieces. I like the whole ones broken instead of the pre-chopped pecans which seem to be too small. Add pecans to mixture.
Add grapes and stir until coated evenly.
Refrigerate until you serve.
