Cheesey Cornflake Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 Bag (2 lbs) Frozen Hashed Brown Potatoes (the cube kind)
1/2 cup butter - melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint sour cream
8-10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup butter - melted

Combine potatoes with 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese in 13x9 ungreased pan. 

Ummmm BUTTA...

Mix Cornflakes with 1/4 cup melted butter.  Sprinkle on top of potatoes mixture.


Bake, uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.


Crushed bacon is a nice added touch :)
