1 and 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  1 stalk Celery, chopped
  1 medium White Onion, chopped
  1 cup Ketchup
  1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  2-3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  Brown Sugar to taste
  1 cup water
  Hamburger Buns
  Saute onions and celery until onions are clear.
  Add ground beef. Cook until brown.
  Add ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce and stir. Once incorporated,
  sample and add brown sugar as needed for desired sweetness.
  Add 1 cup of water and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  Add a scoop or two of meat to a bun, I like to add a little shredded cheese to
  mine, and of course flip over and eat!
